Our Center

At Kindred Transitional Care and Rehabilitation - The Greens in Lyndhurst, Ohio, our patients and residents can enjoy our park-like setting, with ponds, wild life, and green space, yet still find convenience with our center being located off I-271. Our nursing and rehabilitation center has 80 beds dedicated to transitional care for those actively working to return home. We have an additional 80 beds dedicated to long term care needs, and 30 private suites with a dedicated rehabilitation gym and dining room.
